- Buyer sends POF (Proof of Funds)
- We arrange Proforma Invoice and SGS inspection method
- Buyer opens L/C (Letter of Credit) or pays deposit as per deal/contract terms
- We schedule production/packaging and confirms readiness for inspection
- Third-party SGS Inspection Report submission
- Shipment and Logistics: Bill of Lading and Export Documentation submission
- Buyer pays balance payment as per contract
- Delivery to Buyer’s Port and Confirmation of Goods Receipt
